The redevelopment of the old buildings located in Fajã dos Padres is the result of the dreams and work of two generations.
Among the remnants of the small houses, some of which are the former homes of settlers, others which served as barns, and another which used to be a warehouse for fishing material, have, one by one, been turned into nine tourist homes. The houses are simple yet comfortable, and we believe they really honour the memory of the place and those who lived there over several hundred years.

CABLE CAR TRIPS
- Guests have access to an extended cable car service schedule, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, and between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
- Luggage transportation service to and from the house on request, for arrivals before 17:00.
MEALS
- Breakfast served at the restaurant, or delivered at the house (on request).
- Restaurant and bar, opened daily up to 18:00.
- Dinner delvered at the house
- Barbeque meals pre-prepared and delivered at the house
SPECIAL SERVICES
- Own grown organic fruit and vegetables, delivered daily.

Reservations, cancellations and check-in policies
Reservation guarantee
When pressing the BOOK YOUR STAY button, you will be directed to a secure page where you can check the houses availability and complete your booking.
To confirm the booking you might be asked to pay a percentage of the booking value.
The booking balance shall be paid upon check-in with the most convenient means of payment: cash, ATM card or credit card.
House selection
Due to the small number of houses available, and to the fact that they all have similar characteristics, Faja dos Padres reserves the right to change the house selected during the booking process to an equivalent house, with the same value, without prior notice to the client.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in takes place from 15:00. Check-in after 18:00 must be communicated in advance.
Check-out up to 11:00 on the day of departure.
Changes and cancellation policy
Booking cancellation should be communicated no later than 30 days before check-in date. In these circumstances the deposit value will be reimbursed, yet any corresponding expenses should be supported by the client.
Cancellations received in less than 30 days prior to check in date will not be entitled to any reimbursement of the formerly settled advance payment.
