A charming house!

Inhabited by a former land keeper known as the Sailor, this house preserves almost integrally the characteristics of the original house.

Only one bathroom was attached and a connection to the older kitchen was established, in order to guarantee the comfort of the new guests.

You’ll love…

It’s interior, quite cosy, resembling a refuge, filled with small details such as the wooden frames of the original windows or the old bread stove in the kitchen…

The exterior, an invitation to rest… the house is surrounded by fruit trees, and has an irresistible lounge covered by a vine trellis. By the entrance, facing north, the house keeps its old basalt balcony, which in the past was essential for working or rest purposes during the hottest hours of summer days.

The excellent barbecue, open toward the sea, which invites to long moonlight evenings and delights those who love entertaining.

Cable Car Trips

Guests have access to an extended cable car service schedule, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, and between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
Luggage transportation service to and from the house on request, for arrivals before 17:00.

Meals

Breakfast served at the restaurant, or delivered at the house (on request).
Restaurant and bar, opened daily up to 18:00.
Dinner delvered at the house
Barbeque meals pre-prepared and delivered at the house

Reservation Guarantee

When pressing the BOOK YOUR STAY button, you will be directed to a secure page where you can check the houses availability and complete your booking.

To confirm the booking you might be asked to pay a percentage of the booking value.

The booking balance shall be paid upon check-in with the most convenient means of payment: cash, ATM card or credit card.

House Selection

Due to the small number of houses available, and to the fact that they all have similar characteristics, Faja dos Padres reserves the right to change the house selected during the booking process to an equivalent house, with the same value, without prior notice to the client.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in takes place from 15:00. Check-in after 18:00 must be communicated in advance.
Check-out up to 11:00 on the day of departure.

Changes and Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellation should be communicated no later than 30 days before check-in date.

In these circumstances the deposit value will be reimbursed, yet any corresponding expenses should be supported by the client.

Cancellations received in less than 30 days prior to check in date will not be entitled to any reimbursement of the formerly settled advance payment.
