Our Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at our restaurant and soak in its wonderful atmosphere from 9:00 to 10:30.
Our breakfast menu features:
- Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate
- Fresh juice and seasonal fruits
- Bread served with butter and homemade jams (mango, surinam cherry, and more)
- Yogurt paired with organic fruit grown on-site and granola
- A daily selection of gourmet dishes that may include salmon gravlax, eggs prepared in various styles, fresh herbs, cheeses, and inventive sides such as labneh, pickled onions, and aromatic oils.

Amuse yourself grilling your meal over the fire!
Cooking your own dinner at the house barbecue can be a great evening start.
Our barbecue menu includes:

- Fresh fish fillets or entrecote or beef
- Potatoes boiled with peel
- Tomato and lettuce salad
- Sorted fresh fruits
Water and our local red wine are the suggested drinks, but you can choose other soft drinks of your choice.
